The above price is for 2 people and includes a cooked or continental breakfast plus tea and coffee making facilities in your room. There is an extra fee for children over 12 and extra adults

Minimum booking for holidays and long weekends is 3 nights and a surcharge applies for peak seasons and long weekends. All other times minimum booking is one night.

River Gardens Axedale is predominantly a couples retreat though families are catered for with the unit having a sofa  that converts to a double bed and the motel room a single trundle bed. A porta-cot, bedding and a high chair can be provided for babies and toddlers.

We are a pet friendly accommodation but pets must be on lead at all times and a pet fee of $40.00 is payable.  Please remember River Gardens is a working farm with its own animals icluding our dogs and cats, free range chickens, guinea fowl and abundant wildlife. Please speak to us prior to booking regarding the type and size of your pet.

Due to the deep cleaning and sanitising process now required to protect guests from COVID-19 there is now a standard cleaning fee of $50 per stay in the unit and $40 in the motel room.

River Gardens Axedale opens our gardens to the public most weekends. At the moment we are only taking private books.
